Tom and I started Desert Mountain Alpaca Ranch when I needed a change of lifestyle. I was getting fed up with the corporate world and needed a change. I have always had a love for animals and when I saw the Alpaca commercial on tv I knew it was my next career. Tom quickly jumped on board.
Here we are almost 5 years later with 26 alpacas and crias on the way. Tom and I are also breeding Maremmas, Italian sheepdogs, and having beautiful pups.
We have opened our ranch store and welcome visitors. We do offer tours limited to 20 people.
