We have added an alpaca to our sales list. Eros is 6 months of age and is currently being weaned from his mother. Eros is a sweet boy on the shy side. Unfortunately, his color (light fawn) is not in our strategic plan for our herd. We would like to see him go to a good home.

In the Alpaca Article – Got Milk? I mentioned using Domperidone as a treatment for enhancing the milk production in poor or non-milk producers. I failed to mention that Thiamine shots also need to be given at the same time. Tests done by Dr. Evans shows more success in dams creating milk when given additional Thiamine. This was our second year using Domperidone and Thiamine on a poor milk producer and we are very happy with the results. Â
